Things haven’t been easy for Teresa Giudice or her family lately. She is currently awaiting her sentencing for a fraud conviction.

While that would be enough for someone to have to worry about, rumor has it that Teresa could be getting kicked off the Real Housewives Of New Jersey.

If Teresa is sentenced to jail time, it would be impossible for her to film the show and Bravo would almost have no choice but to cut her.

Teresa is hoping that she will not have to go to jail and will only be sentenced to house arrest, since she has never been in trouble with the law before.

Teresa’s attorneys have allegedly warned her to tune down her attitude and lay low until the sentencing is finished. Teresa has a habit of flaunting her lifestyle and her attorneys feel that it makes her look like she is not worried about sentencing or sorry and regretful of her mistakes.

A source told Reality TV Magazine that they even told her to stop making posts on social networks like Twitter and Facebook.

“After reading the report of Teresa carrying such a high priced designer bag, her lawyers were furious. It just looks bad after coming out of her bankruptcy drama. Teresa told her attorneys that the producers asked her to carry the designer handbag, and she felt obligated,” the source told Reality TV Magazine.

The attorneys have also told her that she has more to lose than her spot on the show and that she should be aware of the big picture.

Teresa will be sentenced in just a few days and hopefully everything works out for her.
