Valeria Lukyanova, also known as the Human Barbie, is no stranger to selfies. She has hundreds of photos on her Facebook account, but there is one photo, that she posted on Monday, that is a bit different.

Valeria shared a bikini selfie of her impossibly tiny body, but left one thing off… the makeup. Normally, Valeria is seen with extensive eye makeup, which is what helps her to achieve the “Barbie” look, along with her elaborate doll contacts. However, in this photo she gives a glimpse into her human self, and we are finally able to see the real Valeria.

Valeria has taken her need to look like the Barbie doll to a whole new level in recent years. She underwent plastic surgery to achieve the look, enhancing her breasts, and adheres to a strict diet to achieve her tiny waistline. Recently, she revealed that she wants to learn to live on water and air alone.

Valeria is not the only person whose fascination with the childhood doll has led to the changing of their looks. Justin Jedlica was dubbed the Human Ken doll back in 2012, and admitted that he has had 149 surgeries to achieve his look. Despite their similarities, Jedlica says that he doesn’t understand her need to be so “stoic, emotionless,” and he doesn’t like being compared to her.

“I don’t really get her. I don’t get why people think she’s so interesting,” he told GQ. “She has extensions. She wears stage makeup. She’s an illusionist.”

“She knows how to do her makeup like stage makeup and give herself different features,” Justin explained to the Daily Beast. “The same techniques are used in theater all the time and with drag queens. I’m not saying she’s a drag queen, but it’s something completely different from me.”
