When Gawker released a sex tape featuring former pro-wrestler Hulk Hogan and what appeared to be the wife of his best friend, it made waves in more ways than one. Not only did the Gawker community take to the footage like ravenous wolves, Hogan himself took notice and didn’t appreciate it one bit. He is currently attempting to serve a cease-and-desist order to the blog to get them to remove the video, but to no avail. Undeterred, he’s now suing his (former) best friend, Bubba The Love Sponge (a name he uses for DJing), for leaking the tape.

The lady starring in the video is Heather Clem, Bubba’s ex-wife, and Hogan says the two of them were taped without his knowledge. Furthermore, if Bubba is the mysterious voice behind the camera, he really hurt Hulk’s feelings when he said, “If we ever did want to retire, all we’d have to do is use this footage.” Bubba claims he was joking, but Hulk is not amused.
