Hailee Steinfeld has a busy year ahead of her; besides “Romeo And Juliet” and “Can A Song Save Your Life?”, she’s just signed on to work with Vince Vaughn and director Peter Billingsley on “Term Life“, a film based on a graphic novel.
The Oscar-nominated actress–whose previous work includes “True Grit”–will play Cate, the estranged daughter of Vaughn’s character Nick Barrow. The duo find themselves running for their lives after Barrow–a criminal mastermind who sells heist plans to the bad guys–takes out a life insurance policy on himself and realizes he has to stay alive for the next 21 days in order for Cate to receive any of the money. The graphic novel was written by A.J. Lieberman, who also wrote the screenplay, and Nick Thornborrow.
Steinfeld recently talked to E! News about her best friend, Taylor Swift, and said they do all the regular things BFF do…including talking about boys.
“What else is there to talk about?” she said. “We do just really random stuff when we are together. We just love to kick back, listen to music, watch TV, bake, watch movies and all of that kind of stuff.”
