With Saints Row IV basically making the entire game an exercise in cheating with superpowers, players coming into Grand Theft Auto V could be disappointed to come back to the relative reality of Los Santos.
Luckily, Grand Theft Auto V is carrying on the series’ tradition of having old-school button combination codes for cheats. And they are still in demand. The day after the game’s release, “GTA 5 Cheats” began trending on Google. It seems that GTA fans are still nostalgic for the days of infinite ammo and tanks.
So, to give the people what they want, the currently known cheat codes for Grand Theft Auto V are below (Xbox 360 versions of the codes are in parentheses). There are no penalties for using cheat codes, though trophies and achievements will be locked while they are being used. In other words, have fun:
