Commentator and TV show host Greta Van Susteren is criticizing Jon Stewart after his recent comment on Fox’s Benghazi Coverage.

On The Daily Show which aired Monday night, Stewart mocked Fox for covering Benghazi, wondering why the network did not express the same outrage over Iraq War during the Bush administration. After that, Stewart stated his own opinions on the failures that happened when Bush was President.

“I commend you for finally getting in touch with your inner outrage. Because if I remember correctly, in the previous decade it was an emotion you did not seem comfortable addressing or expressing,” Stewart said on The Daily Show.

On Tuesday, Van Susteren took the time to write on her blog about Stewart’s statements. She said that the Fox network is more aggressive about Benghazi than it was about Iraq. She also added a small note to Stewart saying, “2 wrongs don’t make a right.” Van Susteren praised Stewart for being clever and smart, but said that “like the rest of us, not always right.”

Last week, Obama administration critics were able to get hold of a controversial email. The email contained a message that the White House was seeking to put blame for the September 11, 2012 attack on the American compound in Benghazi as a reaction to an anti-Muslim video. The attack, however, was the result of a policy failure on the part of the administration.

Clips from Fox News were repeatedly shown. The news anchors from the network were slamming the email, and Stewart said that the Obama administration went to great lengths and made a “deplorable” decision to turn the story.

After the release of the email, House Speaker John Boehner made an announcement of plans to form a committee that will be dedicated to investigating the attack.
