Giuliana Rancic has undoubtedly faced tremendous criticism in recent days since her seemingly racist remarks about Zendaya’s dreadlocks at the Oscars.
The now infamous Giuliana Rancic comment spawned apologies from her on Twitter, as well as on air.
Fashion Police has since suffered the losses of two of its biggest stars, and many blame Giuliana Rancic. However, sources say that it wasn’t just this one incident that led Kelly Osbourne and Kathy Griffin to leave Fashion Police.
According to Radar, the two personalities simply couldn’t deal with Giuliana Rancic’s everyday diva behavior.

A source close to the show said, “Giuliana’s entourage of a stylist, make-up artist, and assistant, plus her constant need for attention, were absolutely stunning to Kathy. Kathy is extremely low-maintenance, and doesn’t need to pay people to follow her around all day.”
Ouch.
The source added of Giuliana Rancic’s behavior, “Tapings of Fashion Police were awful because Giuliana constantly needed to have her make-up re-touched. Her face was always in front of a mirror. Kathy wanted to turn it into a skit for her comedy act!”
The source continued to slam Giuliana Rancic, targeting her constant and immature need for approval.
“Giuliana was always seeking approval and compliments from the crew of Fashion Police,” the source continued. “And if she wasn’t being validated, there were tears. This is a grown woman, not a teenager.”

The source went on to say that it wasn’t Giuliana Rancic who deserved that kind of star treatment. It was Kathy Griffin, who had actually done something with her life.
The source said of Giuliana Rancic, “What is Giuliana’s talent exactly? She interviews celebrities on the red carpet, big deal. Kathy is actually a very established and funny comedienne. When was the last time Giuliana sold out a venue, as Kathy does when she performs?”
That seems harsh, but it appears to be the opinion of many, and an opinion that could bring down the whole show!
