Gabbi Doolin attended her brother’s pee wee football game with her family in Scottsdale, Kentucky last weekend. When she went missing for a few minutes, no one expected the result would be catastrophic, yet just 25 minutes later, Gabbi Doolin was found dead.
On Friday, a father of five, 38-year-old Timothy “Timmy” Madden, was arrested and charged with kidnapping, raping, and murdering the seven-year-old. Kentucky State Police troopers charged him with murder, kidnapping, first-degree rape and first-degree sodomy, according to People magazine.

Madden is a local. He even went to high school with Gabbi Doolin’s father. He was sitting near the family last week during the football game.
Gabbi Doolin’s body was found in a creek near the football field. Timothy Madden proclaimed and maintains his innocence. He was led away in a Kentucky State Police patrol car on Friday.
“I’m sorry about their loss, but I’m innocent,” he said.
“I’ve done nothing wrong,” he said in a jail house interview later that evening. “I’m a very innocent man. They can ask anybody that knows me.”
Madden says he doesn’t know who killed Gabbi Doolin, but that it wasn’t him.

“The need to [come forward], cause I know it wasn’t me,” he said. “Bad individual right there. He’s crazy.”
