File this one under “How was this not already a thing?” Facebook launched the Ads Manager app for iOS back in February.
The app is now available to Android users. The app is available for download in the Googele Play Store despite not having been officially announced by the company.
Ads Manager lets you manage and create ads from your mobile device and keep track of how many people they reached and the actions they took. It also lets you edit typos, images, audiences, budgets, and schedules.
The app provides notifications so you know when ads are about to end, how they’re performing, and when your spending limit is about to be hit.
Advertisers can also use the app to update payment methods, set spending limits, and see how much they’ve spent.
When you use the app to create ads, you can use photos from your phone or from Page posts. You can save drafts for ads and finish them later if you start one and don’t have time to finish it right away.
The app is going to make it much easier for a whole lot more people to manage their Facebook campaigns. The significance of the app’s Android presence can hardly be understated. Frankly, I’m amazed it’s taken Facebook this long to make it available.
