Darth Vader and Obi-Wan Cross Lightsabers in Angry Birds Star Wars

Rovio, the developers of the Angry Birds series, have been releasing preview videos for Angry Birds Star Wars all week long. Each video features a famous Star Wars duo and provides a glimpse of what their characters' bird-powers will be in the game. For example, the Luke Skywalker bird flails his father's lightsaber around, while the Han Solo bird fires a ricocheting blaster.

In the preface to the Han Solo and Chewbacca preview released yesterday, I speculated that Ben Kenobi would be the most likely character to show up next, and it turns out that I was right. Today's preview features Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Vader, crossing lightsabers one last time in their old age. The video shows that the Obi-Wan bird will, of course, use the force to knock around the evil piggy empire, including the porcine Darth Vader.

It's Friday, so this is probably the last preview video for the week, but Rovio still has a few day next week to announce characters before the November 8 release of Angry Birds Star Wars. I'm still holding out for Yoda and Lando birds.
