Three things. First, Thomson Reuters Enterprise Centre GmbH, et al v. Ross Intelligence Inc, 25-2153, is before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, not the Fifth Circuit. Second, Anthropic has not filed an amicus brief with the court. There are no articles or press releases indicating as such and PACER neither lists Anthropic as an Amicus Appellant nor has a brief filed by them. Third, the links to Wired from where this information was supposedly obtained link to an article regarding Anthropic’s supply-chain-risk designation. If you have information to support this article, I would love to see it.
