Chrissy Teigen is no stranger to doing the unusual, and she knows how to use social media to its highest potential.
That’s why, when the budding chef cooked up a dish that required her to clean jalapenos, Chrissy Teigen took to Twitter in a big way.
Of course, many of us have chopped jalapenos or just cleaned them and removed the seeds.
And then the fingers start to burn.
Or, we subconsciously rub an eye and die a little.
But, Chrissy Teigen is no slouch.
Here’s how the account went in her own words:

Then, many of Chrissy Teigen’s followers suggested an age-old remedy for chemical burns caused by jalapenos. Milk.
I don't have that milk, guys. No one has that much milk.

But, after suffering for a bit, Chrissy Teigen made this happen:
Well, at least Chrissy Teigen learned a little something about kitchen safety. That’s a good thing, because she is apparently quite the cook!
She is even in the process of writing her own cookbook and has bonded with Gwyneth Paltrow over Goop.
Hopefully, from here on out, Chrissy Teigen will be a little more careful as she experiments for her cookbook!
