Actress Cheryl Hines is marrying Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. on Saturday at the Kennedy Compound. Hines and Kennedy announced their engagement back in April of this year.

Hines is best known for playing Larry David’s wife on Curb Your Enthusiasm and as Dallas Royce on the sitcom Suburgatory. She and Kennedy have been dating since late 2011.

Kennedy, affectionately known as “Bobby Junior” to many, is the son of the late Robert Kennedy, U.S. Attorney General and presidential candidate, who was assassinated in 1968. He is the nephew of the late President John F. Kennedy.

Kennedy was previously married twice. His first marriage to Emily Black ended in divorce back in 1994. They had two children.

His second wife, Mary Richardson, with whom he had four more children, hanged herself three days after Kennedy filed for divorce from her. The divorce was never finalized.

There had been persistent rumors during the relationship between Hines and Kennedy that he was having an affair with another married woman, Connecticut socialite Chelsea Kirwan.

Kirwan’s husband has admitted to 50 sexual affairs of his own. Their divorce is getting nasty, but is not stopping the wedding of Hines and Kennedy.

The wedding of Hines and Kennedy will take place on the Kennedy compound in Massachusetts, specifically at Ethel Kennedy’s home in Hyannis Port on Cape Cod.

Kennedy had a left-leaning radio show called Ring of Fire on Air America Radio before that network disbanded. He went on to syndicate that show and it continues to this day. He is a vocal advocate of environmental issues.
