Camille Grammer has rung in a very joyful New Year for 2014. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star finished her chemotherapy treatments and rang the bell designed for exactly that celebratory moment at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston on Friday January 3rd. Grammer, the ex-wife of Frasier star Kelsey Grammer, was treated for endometrial cancer. She underwent a radical hysterectomy back in October and has undergone chemo treatments ever since.
Back in November Grammer detailed her cancer scare during an interview with Dr. Oz.
“My heart sank. You know, you think about your children, am I gonna make it, I want to be alive for them,” she said of first being diagnosed. “My son doesn’t really understand it that well, but my daughter said, mom, I’m so glad you’re getting surgery ’cause then the cancer’s gonna be all gone.”
Camille Grammer shared her excitement over completing her chemotherapy in a tweet, including a photo of herself, along with her doctor, next to the bell she so gratefully rung. She included the following caption.
“Thank you and your terrific Doctors and Staff!”
