New Jersey native, nicknamed, “The Boss,” just wrapped his world tour with the E Street Band. Yes, I’m referring to the one and only, Mr. Bruce Springsteen. The 2012 March commencing world tour finally wrapped last month in Brazil. His Wrecking Ball world tour beautifully takes the No. 4 spot this week with an astonishing $4.9 million in sales.
The wold tour included two legs in North America, two in Europe and then visits to Australia and South America. The tour rocked on for an 18-month run. Surely that’s bound to be absolutely exhausting, but the 64-year-old seems to have just as much energy as 22-year-old Taylor Swift.
Take a look at one of the Boss’s tour stop in Boston, MA.
But let’s talk money here. Since the beginning of the Wrecking Ball world tour, there’s been a grand total of 127 performances in over 22 countries. It was reported to Billboard that the total sales rested at $356 million from 3.6 million sold seats.
In this recent documentary, Springsteen talks about his latest album and the influences of his family life.
