Brooke Hogan got a nice surprise during a trip to Vegas with her boyfriend over the weekend; a marriage proposal.

The 25-year old posted a photo on her Instagram page showing Dallas Cowboy Phil Costa bent to one knee as they stood in front of the Paris Hotel, with the Eiffel Tower replica glowing behind them. It’s not clear who took the picture, but Brooke clearly wasn’t expecting to get a ring on the trip.

“Happiest moment of my LIFE. I am marrying my best friend. I wouldn’t choose anyone else. I am so lucky and so grateful,” she wrote on Instagram. “I look scary but this is the face of total SHOCK.”

Brooke has had some pretty public issues with her family, so it’s unclear whether Hulk approves of the engagement or not, but her mom, Linda, tweeted the good news.
