Ayesha Curry is causing a bit of a Twitter firestorm since voicing her opinion about women dressing modestly.
The wife of NBA MVP Stephen Curry, Ayesha upset feminists on Saturday. The professional chef wrote that she’d prefer to forgo trendy styles in order to appear more modest.
Everyone's into barely wearing clothes these days huh? Not my style. I like to keep the good stuff covered up for the one who matters ???

Some folks felt Ayesha Curry was shaming women who choose to dress less modestly.
Its okay for Ayesha Curry to have a preference for how she dresses. Its not okay for her to shame other women who dont share it as classless

Still others had no problem with Ayesha Curry’s comments.
Y'all are mad because Ayesha Curry believes her body is only for her husband's eyes? pic.twitter.com/ys3FGVGW5V

And then those people started debating Ayesha Curry’s beliefs.
@Ash_Science wrong she implied that her body should only be exposed to her husband. Why would you want your wife half naked in public?

Stephen Curry wholeheartedly supported his wife with an Instagram post, while maintaining a great sense of humor.
“My woman…#theinstagator,” he captioned it.
What’s your take on Ayesha Curry’s comments about modesty? They didn’t seem hurtful and definitely weren’t “slut shaming.”
It’s too bad more people wouldn’t give at least a little thought about what Ayesha Curry said.
