If you are a fan of culinary shows and have a whole library of cook books, I am sure you are aware of Art Ginsburg (also known as “Mr Food”). Unfortunately, this talented culinary artist passed away today (Wednesday).
Ginsburg has entertained audiences since 1975 with his cooking shows, mastering a delicious dish for you to try at home, concluding with the line “”Ooh! It’s so good!” This catchphrase was later registered as a trademark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Along with Ginsburg’s television shows, he was also a well-known cookbook author. Ginsburg had published 52 cookbooks, selling approximately eight million copies.
On November 21st, 2012, Art Ginsburg passed away at the age of 81 after suffering from pancreatic cancer. Many fans of Ginsburg have left their condolences via Twitter.
