Alec Baldwin was spotted showing off his workout routine to passerby in L.A. recently, dropping to the ground and doing push-ups rather than waiting for the gym.
Baldwin was in town to promote his latest film, “Rise Of The Guardians”, with wife Hilaria Thomas; the pair donned workout gear for the day, but the actor just couldn’t wait to show off his moves in front of paparazzi.
The 54-year old boasted quite a bit of weight loss last year, giving his yoga-instructor wife credit for helping him cut out the bad stuff and take more exercise.
“I gave up sugar,” he said. “I do Pilates and spin, but I don’t do as much yoga as I’d like. When we’re shooting and I can’t work out, I just have to eat less. So I’m very conscious of that. But sugar was the real killer for me — that was the problem.”
Hilaria recently tweeted about the couple’s time in L.A. and spoke about the film premiere.
