Wesley Snipes: Celebrate His 50th With 5 Best Scenes

By: Amanda Crum - August 2, 2012

Wesley Snipes just turned 50, a major milestone in any man’s life; however, he did it while in prison, which is just sad. Snipes is accused of not filing a tax return even though he’s way, way, way over the requisite level of income, and has been charged with a misdemeanor and sentenced to three years.

I’m not sure if white-collar criminals have internet access, but here’s hoping. To celebrate the life and times of Mr. Snipes, here are 5 of his best looks/scenes from over the years. And yes, he is fierce in heels.

Miss Noxema Jackson, “To Wong Foo, Thanks For Everything, Julie Newmar”

Sidney Deane, “White Men Can’t Jump”

Blade, “Blade”

Simon Pheonix, “Demolition Man”

Nino Brown, “New Jack City”

Money is the root of all wealth. Mr. Snipes, enjoy your stay at the Crossbar Hotel.

It’s odd that someone would be sentenced to 3 years for a misdemeanor when the maximum time for a misdemeanor is up to 1 year? hmmm… what’s the real story?
