In yet another display of how YouTube has changed (improved) life for everyone, you can find plenty of well-known songs out there with the background music stripped out, and the vocals at full volume. Sometimes, it’s very unpleasant. Other times, it’s just really funny.

Here are some classic rock and metal songs, in their entirety, in this form. Please enjoy.

Running With The Devil:

Rock of Ages:

Detroit Rock City:

Peace Sells:

Negative Creep:

BYOB:

Holy Diver:

Jesus Christ Pose:

Run to the hills:

Livin’ On A Prayer:

Don’t Stop Me Now:

War Ensemble:

Master of Puppets:

Hat tip to YouTube, and to whoever shared Running With The Devil today (I honestly can’t remember or find where I saw it earlier.Sorry.).

Need the background vocals too. Maybe that is too hard to split away from the rest of the tracks.

    • I think in some cases (particularly Rock of Ages) it’s funnier without the background vocals too.
