As any thermometer will tell you, it’s December, and just in time for everybody’s holiday pictures, Flickr and Picnik have unveiled a new photo-editing application.

I’ve browsed Flickr enough to know that the site is home to some fantastic photographers.  But in the event those photographers don’t get things quite right on the first try, Flickr has entered a deal with Picnik to add picture-editing capabilities.
