Microsoft Partners With OpenX On Ad Deal Syndicate content

Microsoft has entered into a partnership with advertising start-up OpenX, focused on promoting each other's products to their respective customer base. Under the terms of the multiyear agreement, OpenX will expand its distribution of its technology for delivering ads on websites. In addition, OpenX will promote Microsoft's Content Ads monetization products.

OpenX Launches Online Ad Platform Syndicate content

OpenX Technologies has launched an online ad marketplace aimed at smaller online publishers and designed to be an alternative to larger brands such as Google, Yahoo and Microsoft. OpenX Market is focused on helping publishers generate more revenue and to help advertisers more easily reach their target audiences across large numbers of publishers. Publishers have control over routing any or all of their ad impressions into the OpenX Market by using tools integrated into the company's ad server.

OpenX Moves To L.A. And Gets A New CEO Syndicate content

OpenX which is an open source ad server platform is moving its HQ from London to Los Angeles. According to a report by AllThingsD, while going through the transition of re-branding itself from OpenAds this February, OpenX decided that it needed a new CEO and picked up Yahoo's global ad marketplaces SVP (senior vice president) Tim Cadogan as the new CEO.

Former Yahoo SVP Starts As OpenX CEO Syndicate content

Tim Cadogan left Yahoo, where he was the senior vice president of Global Advertising Marketplaces, a little more than a month ago.  Today, Cadogan announced that he's joined OpenX, an open source ad delivery company, as its CEO.
