Yesterday I was at Dave Winer’s house and got an early look at Confabb, a Web 2.0 site that just opened this morning.

I was just talking with Buzz. We’re both exhausted. I didn’t do much of anything until late in the afternoon today.

The Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas certainly was the place this week for many companies to announce a dazzling array of new tech products, alliances and ventures.

I asked dozens of people “what did you see at CES that you’d spend your own money on?” I also asked “what was the coolest thing you saw?”

Yahoo may have had Ellen and Tom Cruise, but Google trumped that with a cameo appearance from funny-man Robin Williams.
