Ron Palillo Dies, Twitter Pays Its Respects

Actor Ron Palillo has reportedly passed away at the age of 63.

TMZ is reporting that he died from an apparent heart attack, and was found at about 4:00 AM by his partner Joseph Gramm, who called an ambulance, only to have him rushed to the hospital and be pronounced dead.

Palillo is most certainly best known for his role on the 70s television sitcom Welcome Back, Kotter. He played Arnold Horshack. As a huge fan of the Friday The 13th franchise, however (at least the the early ones), I’ll always remember him from his role in Friday The 13th Part VI: Jason Lives (pictured).

He appeared in a number of other TV shows, cartoons and movies. You can see his complete filmography here.
