Mega Millions Lottery Up To A Record $476 Million

The Mega Millions jackpot has reached nearly a half a billion dollars after yet another drawing goes by without a winner. Last nights jackpot was for $363 million, and while no one won the lottery, 47 people matched 5 numbers without the Mega Ball and this is worth $250,000. 245 people matched 4 numbers and the Mega Ball which is worth $10,000. The winning numbers last night were: 9, 19, 34, 44 and 51. The Mega Ball was 24.

The new jackpot is a record $476 million that has an estimated cash payout of $341 million before taxes. The drawing for this prize takes place on friday March 30, 2012. The odds for winning this prize are 1 in 175,711,536
