Lohan Probation Revoked, Criminal Charges Up Next

Lindsay Lohan is in a world of trouble after lying to police about whether or not she was driving on the day her Porsche rear-ended an 18-wheeler, and after all the other messes she’s gotten herself into this year, it’s not looking good for when she heads into court.

Lohan told police that she wasn’t in the driver’s seat when the accident occurred, but witness testimony and a subsequent investigation have proven that she was. Since she was already on probation for the infamous jewelry heist at the time, she’ll now face criminal charges of lying to a police official.

The 26-year old actress will be given a full hearing soon, but details of the case are pending.

Lohan’s latest project, the Lifetime movie “Liz & Dick”, premieres this Sunday.
