They may have agreed to part ways but Khloe still speaks good things about her ex-husband. She honestly said, “I love Lamar to death, He is the love of my life. We had a fantastic marriage. Do I wish he had tried harder? Yes. Do I think that he maybe didn’t have the energy to fight because he was fighting so many other things? Yeah.”
What made the reality star hit the gym was her need to release stress that built up since the final days of their marriage.
“It started around 2012. I was having a hard time with Lamar. It was toward the end of our union, and there was so much drama. I needed a release. At first it was so hard. It was baby steps, but I started feeling so much better" Khloe said.
Khloe admitted that the beginning of her workout was very difficult and rather challenging. She recalled feeling exhausted, sore and swollen and that made her feel fatter. But since her critics called her “the fat one” among the women in her family, it just made her even more determined to push through.
