Here comes another celebrity lawsuit!

Kristen Stewart has threatened to sue comedian Joan Rivers after she included a degrading comment about Stewart in her new book Diary of a Mad Diva.

Apparently Rivers made a comment about Stewart’s affair with the Snow White and the Huntsmen director Rupert Sanders that did not sit well with Kristen.

“Many stars only do one thing well. Of course, the best one-trick-pony is Kristen Stewart, who got a whole career by being able to juggle a director’s balls,” Rivers wrote in her book that is scheduled to debut in July.

Now, Stewart is threatening a lawsuit against Rivers. “I am now being sued by Kristen Stewart,” Rivers said. “She obviously didn’t read our disclaimer, which says it’s a comedy book. I can’t wait to get her into court because I’m gonna get a puppet and I want her to show me on the puppet where she thinks I claim she touched her director. I am looking forward to it.”

“Her lawyer contacted my lawyer, which shows the sense of humor she has,” Rivers added. “My answer to her was, ‘Be glad you’re not a Kardashian because they’re mentioned a lot more in the book’ … I’m a comedian. I’ve been doing it for 50 years. If people don’t get it, then don’t come and see me. It’s okay. Don’t read the book. If you’re gonna take it seriously, you’re a fool.”

Kristen isn’t the only person that Joan took jabs at. Taylor Swift, Anne Hathaway, Jennifer Aniston, Miley Cyrus, Lena Dunham, and the Kardashian clan were the brunt of several jokes in Rivers’ book.

Joan Rivers is a washed up, over plasticized, unrecognizable has-been, who thinks it’s “comedy” to rip on everyone. That is not comedy. It’s desperation to stay in the limelight. The thing is, she thinks people actually think she’s funny. We’re laughing AT you, because you don’t realize how pathetic you really are. Just STOP. You aren’t funny, AT ALL.

so agree and I still think the ladies from Cleveland need to sue her; she takes her ‘so called jokes too far

Joan Rivers is great and still sharp. Her comedy isn’t for everyone, but I have trouble feeling sorry for any of the people she is making jokes about.

I’m starting to think the youth is filled with humorless, autistic kids.

    • Jeffrey Riley

Because they all deserve it, don’t they?

      • missy

what did those three girls from Cleveland do to the world to cause Joan AH to make a joke about them just disgusting that she would even mention them

    • Jeffrey Riley

And autistic kids deserve your insult because they suck, don’t they?

      • SirGaryColeman

        Humorless.

Joan targeted people she knew would react badly to her ‘jokes’ and they have just enough truth to get these idiots to respond gaining publicity for her book. These people who thnk they are so brilliant are being played like a panio.

Kristen’s career began when she was a kid, around 11 or 12 years old. By stating that her “whole career” was founded on her performing sex acts with directors Rivers is basically making Stewart out to be a child prostitute. I think we all know that Joan was trying to make cute and use Kristen’s recent scandal to attract attention to her book. But she didn’t specifically mention that scandal, she said “her whole career”. She obviously didn’t fact check her target’s history and I don’t think she realizes what she did wrong. Unless Rivers can produce proof to back up the claim that Stewart was “juggling a director’s balls” at the age of 11 then I think it’s her balls that Stewart’s got a grip on right now. Stewart has a very good chance of winning.

That she “juggled people’s balls?” She have any proof of that? It’s defamation of character if she has no proof. I hope Joan Rivers gets sued to the moon.

In defense of Kristen Stewart, you can’t make comments defaming a person’s character without evidence (that she’s only where she is because she had sex with her directors. I know there was the kiss but she wasn’t juggling anyone’s balls) by claiming that its a “comedy book.” That’s an obvious attempt to get away with potentially criminal behavior by Joan Rivers and no one with a brain is buying it. She also blames Kristen Stewart for her insulting Kristen Stewart. I know I’m alone in defending Kristen Stewart’s claim but there it is. I hope creep face Rivers gets what’s coming to her.

I think they’re both ridiculous. But just to be clear Kristen didn’t a get a career from her affair with that particular director. She got a media boost. No, the career happened because she was friends with Catherine Hardwicke. Who didn’t even make her audition for Twilight. She just gave the role to Kristen. If it wasn’t for that this no-talent child would have fizzled out a long time ago.
