Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley are back as their infamous Absolutely Fabulous characters for an upcoming film, and fans of the show are losing their collective minds with glee.

There have been rumors of a movie for several years now, but it all seemed to be wishful thinking until recently. When the first photo from set leaked earlier this week, Saunders released a statement saying she was excited to be back in the role of Edina, and fans got a glimpse into what the film will be about: after Edina and Patsy are "blamed major incident at an uber fashionable launch party," they are forced to leave the spotlight in France ("I HATE France!") and flee to the French Riviera.

“I am thrilled and excited to finally start filming. We are all taking our medication and hoping for the best,” said Jennifer Saunders.

Fans of the hugely popular BBC show aren't the only ones who are excited for the reunion--which will reportedly feature much of the original cast, including Julia Sawalha as Saffy, Jane Horrocks as Bubble and June Whitfield as Edina's mother.

“Ab Fab on the big screen is a treat we've been hotly anticipating at BBC Films and we're very proud to join Jennifer and her terrific team for this delicious reunion,” said head of BBC Films Christine Langan.

Knowing our favorite ladies, there's sure to be some wine-soaked debauchery in the film as they try to devise a plan to stay in the Riviera forever despite being stuck there with no funds. Fans of the show will remember one of the last times they visited France and ended up staying in the wrong villa, trying to shop in town without knowing much of the language, and getting harassed by a strange man who was just trying to tell them they were in the wrong spot. This time around, Jennifer Saunders has reportedly recruited several big-name actors to show up and join in on the fun.
