Jennifer Aniston opened up recently about her body and when she’s the most comfortable in her own skin, and she also revealed that even she isn’t immune to the cruel things people say online about celebrities.

The 45-year old actress looks incredible, but she says she has to be hard on herself sometimes when it comes to carbs; she only gives in to those cravings on the weekends. She also says it’s harder to drop even a few pounds the older she gets.

“These days, if I was being super picky, I would love to drop five pounds. That is just where I have always been really comfortable at about 110 to 113 pounds. But it is harder to get that down, at this age,” she said.

Aniston still has gorgeous glowing skin, which she says comes from a simple routine of washing, moisturizing, and using sun protection. However, there is always pressure in Hollywood to stay flawless at any age, which leads many actresses away from the beauty counter and into the plastic surgeon’s office. In fact, she has a message for a few friends who can’t stay away from the needle:

“They are trying to stop the clock and all you can see is an insecure person who won’t let themselves just age. I see them and my heart breaks. I think, Oh god if you only know how much older you look,” she said.

Aniston also touched on one of the trickier aspects of fame, which is navigating through the cruel world of internet comments.

“The truth is you just go, ‘If they get a picture, that picture comes and goes, so who cares?’ Then you have 30 mean people who sit at their computers and spend their entire day picking apart and insulting celebrities about how ugly they are just so they can feel better—I guess—about themselves. I don’t understand it…there is also this pressure in Hollywood to be ageless.”

I do not sit at my computer all day trolling. But the very short time I allot myself in between my busy and intelligence schedule, on the computer, I always click on certains articles to see what stupid unbelievable things they says and the KKKKKKK’s…Hey plastic surgery works -it appears it does

      shame on you.

And I care because…..? EVERYTHING is about how this narcissistic has-been looks. Oooh, look at my hair! Oooh, check out my skin! Ooooh, aren’t I pretty? She’s not winning an Oscar or Emmy with her ‘acting,’ she brings nothing to the table that’s of any substance. The only way she can get a headline is by: getting her haircut, getting engaged (this chick will NEVAR get married, don’t worry! or with a rumor of pregnancy. She’s not getting pregnant, she wouldn’t want to ruin her figure doing something as base as that!

Puts her ‘friends’ down who “can’t stay away from the (Botox) needle” and has nothing but nasty comments to make about them. That’s friendship?!

    What an ugly woman.

Jennifer has an Emmy, Golden Globe and tons of people choice awards. You don’t appear to know your facts before, typing. JENNIFER HAS A EMMY!!!!!!Jennifer’s also worth $155 million, as far as having children goes, it’s her life, body, personal decision and no one’s business. Not every woman on this earth can have children or want children. Have you ever thought that she may be unable to have a child???? It does not make you less of a woman because, you can’t give birth!!! You may not like her acting but, Jennifer get paid, Do you have $155 million?????
Jennifer appears to be happy to, as it is Jennifer’s life and no one else’s. She’s not on the computer putting someone else down without knowing the situation first. She gives and does so without from her heart not tell the press as others do.
A lot of people look up to her as a mid 40’s woman thriving as she looks great unmarried and no children. Modern woman! Jennifer’s stating her opinion as this person want’s her opinion and is paying for it. Who pays for your opinion or knows you.

    • Emily

Haterrrr. Such a passionate comment could only come from someone who is seething with jealously.

    • Marc

shame on you. and what have you accomplished?

  • babette

Yes but she critisizes her friends who have had plastic surgery. As if water and fruit keep you from getting wrinkled. Her puffy chipmonk cheeks are not from eating too many acorns.

    • Mac

she didn’t name names–she is speaking generally. shame on you.

Does Jennifer Aniston ever think about anything other than her looks?

    • Emily

It’s everyone else who is obsessed with her looks and that’s what they always like to ask her about.

    • Marc

she does a lot of charity work–and what do you do with your time? Shame on you.

      • blueyedlorelie

What do I do with my time? I give to charities that I deem worthy. If she’s so busy devoting time to charities, why is the only thing I ever read about her have to do with skin care or her physical fitness or her hairstyle? Plus she plays the same damn part in the same silly movies over and over again. But, hey, whatever floats your boat. Just don’t tout her civic mindedness. She’s attractive and she works at it tirelessly. Congrats for that. But I don’t think anyone is accusing her of being a deep thinker.
