Ivanka Trump has reportedly been pushing back on some of the Donald's controversial illegal immigrant statements.

It seems even Ivanka Trump was shocked at his comments during his announcement speech on June 16th.

During his announcement, Ivanka Trump's dad said, “When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending the best. They're not sending you, they're sending people that have lots of problems and they're bringing those problems."

He added, "They're bringing drugs, they're bringing crime. They're rapists and some, I assume, are good people, but I speak to border guards and they're telling us what we're getting."

The statement sent a shock wave through the political stratosphere that Donald Trump then surprisingly rode to the front of the line of possible GOP candidates.

Since the announcement speech, Donald Trump has made a few other shocking comments and has lost many a financial backer and business relationship, but he refuses to back down, to the apparent dismay of Ivanka Trump.

Ivanka Trump, according to New York magazine, asked Donald Trump to back-peddle the statements and even submitted a few drafts of a loose apology that he could make, but Trump has since refused to take back what he said.

Legal immigrants want border security. It is common sense. We must build a wall! Let's #MakeAmericaGreatAgain!

A friend of Ivanka Trump's reportedly said, “She’s close to her father and is sensible enough to know a problematic situation.”

Could the Donald go so far as to lose his daughter, Ivanka Trump's, support?

What do you think about Ivanka Trump's stance on her dad's bold statements?
