38-year-old, Charlize Theron has been recovering from neck surgery. Apparently, Theron had a small procedure to correct a vertebrae that she injured several years ago, while on the set of her 2005 movie, "Aeon Flux"
"Charlize got injured on a set and broke a vertebrae years ago," an source told Us. "It's been bothering her a lot lately so she had surgery to correct it and they had to go through her neck."
Theron could be seen at the Variety's 5th Annual Power Of Women event at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel on Friday. She was wearing a cream Stella McCartney dress that had a neck line high enough to cover the bandage and small incision on her neck.
"She's got a small Band-Aid on her neck," another source said. "She kept fussing with the white scarf. She was wearing to cover it, but it was poking out and visible."
