    Every single quote and person you cited in this isn’t really very funny, isn’t really special in any way, doesn’t deserve to be “trending” nor to have huge amounts of “followers”.

    twitterverse….quite.

    So the word, in derivation. “twit” defined colloquially – of annoying insignificance, useless in company, of no substance.
