While his brother, Tamerlan, was being buried in secret, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was recovering from his wounds in a Massachusetts prison hospital. Now, the accused Boston Marathon bomber is well enough to walk and speak with his family on the phone.

According to an Associated Press report, Dzhokhar this week spoke with his parents in Russia, telling them that he and his brother are innocent. His mother told the AP that Dzhokhar told her he is recovering with the help of doctors, and that he also oddly questioned what was happening to him, and why.

Zubeidat Tsarnaeva and Anzor Tsarnaev, Dzhokhar’s parents, also reportedly believe that their sons are innocent. They have stated their belief that Dzhokhar and Tamerlan were framed.

Dzhokar was injured on the night of April 18 in the same shootout in which his brother was shot and killed by police. Dzhokar managed to escape, leading Boston police and the FBI on a city-wide manhunt that shut down the city of Boston. He was found one day later, hiding in a boat parked in a backyard near the site of the shootout. His neck and thigh had been wounded in the firefight, and he was badly injured. Though initial reports indicated that he may never speak again, his recent phone conversation shows that his voice has been saved.

e’s walking and talking? Then he’s in good shape for the Chair, which he needs to experience sooner rather than later. The parents have been gaming the system for some time, and maybe a little deportation would be good for them. Any way you slice it, this family is trash and we don’t need more trash in America.

    • Paul

Sounds like you are the trash to me Gail. Why don’t you leave. All along it has been clear these kids did not do it. Go ahead and believe all the lies the media feed you.

      • Jon

Seriously Paul? So do you only believe the conspiracy theory websites and their theories? The police have footage of the shootout which i’m sure will be released soon enough after the trial. I just cant fathom how some people are so stupid. These people were there on seen with the backpacks recovered in the explosion, the photos were taken by civilians.
Stop being such a paranoid fruit-cake and join the rest of society

        • Someone

@jon. Have you seen the other pictures the government is trying to cover up? I personally believe that they were set up and I’m not the only one. If you were watching the news while all of this was going down. Whatever happened to the guy the was told to strip down naked and then handcuffed and put into the back of a squad car? The media even said that it was his brother, but then 3hrs later they said he died from blast and gunshot wounds. — Remember the school shooting and media said that there was assualt rifles in the young mans trunk. Did you know that the media actually admitted like a month later that they lied and said it wasn’t an assault rifle. It was just a shotgun. There’s allot of people in this society starting to realize the truth and there’s allot of people that want nothing to do with it.

          • Pat

This is why I love America. We have conspiracy theorist. Media is trying to get us. I think all of that is crap but who am I to judge. Think Im just going to live my life the best I can and let God worry about the other stuff. If you want to be crazy please go ahead. Let me know if you need me.

      • Brad

Paul, are you kidding?? Someone “could have” doctored those pictures. I am sure not, but anyway, they could not have doctored them in a shootout with police throwing the same bombs that they used at the marathon. You people are crazy.

        • me

bro really just open your eyes and form your own opinion it’s a shame how you prefer to be told to believe than demand clarity. From the very beginning this shit didn’t make sense, fuck being a conspiracy theorist just be a human being that prefers answers with PROOF. These kids were yelling we didn’t do anything why would you yell that if ur throwing bombs at police that would just be a wasted attempt at innocency . we are in a new day and age where we are able to research on our own and come to our OWN Conclusion take advantage bro you might wake up and say maybe these guys on tv are not 100% honest to me so instead of just believing what they say i will confirm for myself instead of being the sheep they want me to be. just remember they are humans some with good intention and some with bad intentions at the end of the day its just a job for them looking to just stay employed

          • pootah

Nope they did do it with help but not from us, and terrorism dont make sense either BRAH!

      • Ben Benitez

        You are delusional!

  • Jeannie

Are you a Christian? Your compassion for an alleged sinner speaks volumes. Maybe God will give you the chair.

    • http://gofiggr.com Danof89

Christian compassion speaks of “Hate the sin and not the sinner”…I’m afraid (for you) scriptures state that we are “human” and were given “free will”…My free will is telling me I will hate this little freak for what he done and what he “represents”…Satan…I don’t recall anything in the bible that states I should embrace Satan…and your comment to Gail has a tinge of “human anger” to it…God won’t give anyone the “chair”…your comment was ignorant. Your speculation on what God will do in casting judgement on others “speaks volumes” of your judgmental attitude…At least “I” can admit I’m “human”…I judge others sometimes adn in doing so, I sentence this monster to burn along side his brother.

      • Another Dan

“Hate the sin and not the sinner” is an idiom that is not found in any biblical doctrine. There is also no scripture stating that you were given free will.
        Proverbs 16:9
“The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.”
However it has a lot to say about judging others.
        Matthew 7:1
“Do not judge, or you too will be judged.”
How about we keep religion out of it because it was motivation for the crime in the first place.

        • Kishmish

At least he’s looking at religion in the right way and not as carte blanche to get off on destroying someone else in a spurious effort to reassure ourselves that “at least I’m not THEM” as we take advantage and coldly use and dismiss others for our own benefit.

        • http://gofiggr.com Danof89

Rescue others by snatching them from the flames of judgment. Show mercy to still others, but do so with great caution, hating the sins that contaminate their lives. (Jude 1:23)

“Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.” (Prov 31:9)

Jesus commended Simon, “Thou hast rightly judged.” (Luke 7:43)

“The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment.” (Psa 37:30)

          …RE: “Free Will”

When Adam and Eve were cast from the garden, condemning all of humanity to pay for their “free will” decision to partake of the fruit, I think that “free will” was certainly “implied”…

Oh…and don’t confuse Religion with fanaticism or cultism…

        • http://gofiggr.com Danof89

…oh…and the “Judge not lest ye be judged” scripture you are referring to is popularly taken out of cntext for peoples’ “convenience”…They never explain it in its entirety…it goes on to say that you can judge righteously, if you are “prepared” to be judged yourself

        • http://gofiggr.com Danof89

          Free Will
…And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. (Joshua 24:15 )

          …okay, I’m done now…and for the record, I was a preacher’s kid

  • deon

Innocent? Yes, until proven guilty by a panel of American jurors. Seems his mema has some legal knowledge. So both parents are back in Russia now? Why in the heck didn’t she take her dead son with her? Some non americans have a real sauced up sense of humor, or vengeance, which ever fits.

    • Leslie

I actually do not think either parent came to the US since this happened….the mother is wanted in the US and would not come and I believe the father was going to come but became ill that is why someone else handled the arrangements….but as far as being innocent goes…..when the other brother was killed were they not throwing bombs and things at police??!!….Innocent people don’t run and hide and don’t start fights with police

  • ???

If they are innocent, why did they run?

  • Julie

    Paul you’re an idiot.

  • Dan Floyd

Its due time for the human race to go extinct…

  • Madison

Innocent people do not run from the police/SWAT teams. They just don’t.

    • Red

if there being show at they do.

      • Red

  • Joe

Sure he’s innocent, expect him to say anything else. He’s going down for doing this. And I’d like to be the one that flips the switch.
That whole family is nuts. We keep letting these nut case’s walk right into our country and give them money to do this crap to good people.
He’ll never walk a free man in this or any other country ever again.

  • Dan

First of all . .whether you are christian or not. . doesnt make any difference. . these 2 brothers were caught on video tape . . then they SHOT a young security guy/cop . . THAT alone is MURDER . . then they stole a car and TOLD the guy driving that THEY were the ones that did the Boston bombings . . then they apparently had GUNS since they had a shootout with the cops .. THEN the younger brother eluded police and hid in that boat and wrote a confession on the inside of the boat which sounded VERY militant. . (my only question is WHY would he do that ??? If in fact it was HIS writing.) IF I were innocent . . I would not have run.. I would not have shot someone .. I would not have stole a car at gunpoint. I would NOT be doing all that stuff which looks VERY guilty and definately INVOLVED. NOW the younger brother is claiming INNOCENCE!! PLEASE. Yes I feel sorry for him. . BUT I feel more sorry for the INNOCENT people they killed and maimed for life. You people that want to believe this was a conspiracy. . . are NUTS and most likely white liberals who elected Obama. Am I right?

    • RallyMonkey

Ohhh no. Sorry Dan. These days, the wacko conspiracists tend to come from the right. Remember, Obama is both a Muslim *and* a communist (an odd combination, indeed). And the Anti-Christ.

No, the right has the left topped for crazy conspiracy theories.

    • David S

I voted for Obama but agree with what you wrote. The Tsarnev’s in my opinion, are slam dunk Guilty and The little punk should get life without parole in a hell hole.

  • Megan

Are we really supposed to believe anything that comes out of the mother’s mouth?

  • Dan

PS . . .I do feel sorry for him and his brother. You always wish that you could have helped someone BEFORE they had issues ..but that is always hindsite and its sad when something does happen. All I can say is that yeah, he needs to face the jury now for what he has done. Its obvious he is guilty. . sorry folks.. if I even THOUGHt that this was a conspiracy Id be the first one to raise my voice BUT in THIs situation.. . too much hard facts and evidence and blatantly apparent that THEY are guilty. I hope the jury and judge are lenient on him and do not pursue the death penalty as I honestly believe that he was under the influence of his older brother but none the less he does need to pay for what he has done.. I, personally, think he is a redeemable kid . . and wish I was the one able to help redeem him . . . BUT its out of anyone elses hands now but the court system.. . I think he needs to pray to God if he believes in God and ask for forgiveness and help.

    • Daniel

He would kill you in second. I too think he was under the influence of his brother, but he deserves death for killing innocent people. he is not redeemable, maybe on earth if your perverted enough to WANT to redeem him he could be “redeemed” but his soul is already dead and decaying, killers don’t prosper. laws of nature are you kill you die, his soul died when he killed those people

    • ys

Under the influence or not of his brother, this country gave them what their country did not. This country gave them liberty but they chose malicious and cruelness against us. If anything I wish they never set foot in America. So he and anyone else who choose this path must pay. Let’s stop with the mental illness bs, I am sick of people saying its mental illness. Do they eat their excrement for dinner?

    • Jeannie

I agree. I think he’s redeemable. Unfortunately, our jails are punitive and that is unlikely. He’ll never be able to make it up to the victim’s loved ones while he rots in jail. He should instead become the son to the parents who lost their 8-year old. He should be a sister.. He should play the role to each of the victims. Serve them, know them. Take this terrible event and change it into heart-felt compassion so all can heal. God, whoever he or she may be, God help the human race.

      • Stelios

Your view of all-permeating goodness would be laudable, except that its naivete will be taken advantage of by many, including these terrorists. Realize that people like him are *nothing* like the people you generalize from. Someone who would murder innocent people, even children, is *not* redeemable.

    • Herbert Taylor

@Dan you are a retard if you really believe that bullshit you typed. Go take your meds and get some sleep.

  • http://gofiggr.com Danof89

This will be my last comment on this douche-nozzle:

    F#@% you
I hope you rot in hell
Your parents need to shut the f#@% up
I am “beyond” sick of hearing about “little girls fan sites” for this effing monster…

Now…can we start taking care of business at “home”?

  • liz

What a wimpy, little gnat this kid is! He was too big for his britches when he was setting off bombs in the name of Islam for the US’s part in the Middle Eastern wars…. now, he is crying to mommy that he didn’t do it. He isn’t even a respectable terrorist! Americans hate him… terrorists hate him… he is nothing… he is a gnat amoung men. Be gone, Tsarnaev… the sooner you are killed, the better. Your life is worth nothing. You are nothing. Mommy can’t help you now!

    • Kishmish

Spoken like a true life respecting “good” person. I bet you really get off on being a “good” guy, as long as you can salivate over someone else doing the killing for you it’s all fine isn’t it?
I wonder what someone with as much blood lust as YOU would do given a pipe bomb. We don’t know this kid’s story just as terrorists don’t know ours, but just like them..and just like YOU…they decide who is worthy of life or death based upon rumor and assumption.

      • pootah

You know honestly, when I READ about stupid evil people doing stupid sh!t I cringe with absolute abundance of joy! Thinking Im sooo glad and feel above them and happy Im nothing like them! And im not in their shoes, and they are beneath me!

  • RallyMonkey

Ya, they were innocent. They just happened to be cruising around Boston with pipe bombs that came in handy to huck at police after they were set up. Everyone walks around w/ pipe bombs, right?

  • http://Yahoo Linda

Yeah-these “innocent” ***holes took the livse and limbs, etc. of American people and he is supposed to be “forgiven”? Doesn’t work that way. His brother’s dead body didn’t go back to Russia because Russia wouldn’t allow it. Then some idiot takes the body and buries it on US soil. Why wasn’t he just dumped into the sea? Sharks probably wouldn’t even want him. Now the younger one is sayinghe is innocent – he knows what he is facing and is scared. Should think about how scared the people in Boston were when they did this. They admitted it to the guy in the SUV they carjacked that they did it. He wrote the note in the boat – why would he write something like that if he was innocent. Now crying like the little coward he is to his mama. She needs to shut her mouth and his aunt too. She gave birth to two murderers – what part about that doesn’t she understand. There is another article on the internet that they received over $100,000 in gov. benefits – food stamps, etc. That’s just wonderful…American people can’t get help, but foreign terrorists and others can? I am disabled and cannot get any gov. aid. I need a medicine that costs too much for me to pay for and no help anywhere, so yep – hope he rots in his jail cell if he doesn’t get the needle. I could care how young he is or how “cute” or anything else – doesn’t make him any less of a murderer. He is old enough to have his own mind, and if his older brother influenced him – his fault for listening to that moron! I say he pays big time for his deeds – too bad the older one was killed – he could sit and rot in the cell next to him. I am surprised our glorious president isn’t visiting this Muslim in prison. Am I angry? You bet your sweet butt I am…do NOT come into OUR country and murder OUR people due to your own beliefs and sick minds!

    • Sam

Oh so you seen them do all of this huh?? Or did you just watch the news and they told you this….

      • pootah

o shut ur pie hole sam ur paranoid pot head!

  • Andy W

Im not sure if its the media, but im slowly starting to think these guys were framed. I am not claiming they are innocent at all, but there are a lot of questions that need answered.
He was going to be killed, his brother was killed, his friend was killed. If this is a closed hearing, im going to doubt our government even more. Please be open to the cameras.

    • pissant

Get your head out of your ass!

      • Kishmish

Quit trying to be such an ignorant, “no nonsense” hardass. No one is impressed. If you have nothing constructive to say quit banging on the keyboard. Just being insulting and rude only proves you’re an angry jackass without hope of making a constructive argument.

Too damned many deaths surrounding this, and all the “evil terrorist” rhetoric seems to hit the wall when subjected to close scrutiny. That “boat note” is a case in point. I find it hard as hell to believe that this kid was a committed Islamic extremist terrorist who wanted to be a “martyr” when he hid himself so carefully he managed to avoid countless rounds fired by 200 officers.
It’s really EASY to go to paradise with all that happening around you.
And when trained law enforcement pump 7 bullets into an unarmed man, yeah, I question it. One to the LEG would have been enough to neutralize him if they wanted “information”. They weren’t just blind panicked average joes shooting wildly out of terror. The FBI KNOWS what they’re doing. Let’s just watch instead of hoping to get off on an entertaining witch hunt, ok. It’s the 21st century, let’s at least TRY to evolve.

        • pootah

really? Do you work with the FBI too?

    • TJ

Great, another freaking conspiracy theory in the making. Why is it so hard to just accept Occam’s razor: among competing hypotheses, the hypothesis with the fewest assumptions should be selected….meaning, they are guilty as sin and now claiming innocence will undoubtedly revictimize us all over again. Go ahead though, start formulating your theories, start a website, join a group, and continue to work on seperating this country.

      • Name

Life isn’t that simple. Unfortunately, sometimes the simplest answer isn’t the correct one. People try to make themselves look smart by quoting Occam’s razor (by the way it really is Ockham’s razor if you want to be technical).

Here is the problem with Occam’s razor as it relates to the US media: how do you really know the truth because we have been lied to over and over again.

    • Herbert Taylor

@AndyW, are you really that stupid or are you just acting out? Framed? You can not be that dumb!

  • Me

Gee, he was talking with the Feds before some attorney shows up and pretty much admitted his guilt. He was on video dropping off a back pack before the explosion AND he used explosive devices in the shootout where his brother was killed. Of course he is going to tell mommy they were innocent.

Regardless of religion, the difference between devout and radical is a devout follower changes his life to follow the tenants of his faith; a radical twist the tenants of his faith to support his lifestyle/actions!

    • pootah

Did you find that out thru the media or did u make this up? or do you have connections too?

  • john

I guess this is why we have a court system. The evidence will be presented to a court (not flashed during Fox News stories). Any a jury of his peers will decide if he is guilty or not.

  • pissant

    Yeah, he is innocent!
    Right! And I am Cinderella.

    • joe rowlands

These people are nuts, take that creep out side and hang him. They have them on tape.Put him the general population, they will handle it. The mother is a crook and the father is a sick sucker.

    • pootah

sentence him to death by pressure cooker bomb

  • Outlaw53

Please just give the 9mm pistol to the Father of that 8 year old boy he set his backpack bomb next to. Allow the Father two shots to this dweebs head at close range. If he survives that…then let them bleeding hearts have him…

  • jeff mysterious

yea he’s innocent..and i guess…throwing bombs out of your car…running over your brother….hiding in a boat….means he’s definitely innocent…they have video camera’s that captured them…they were throwing pressure cooker bombs at the police…please spare the earth of these idiots.

  • William Walkingstick

Maybe no one will ever know all the answers. Or maybe someday a whistle blower will break the ice. Or maybe its is as it appears. Over 1000 engineers have signed on for another 9/11 investigation because what they know as professionals does not match up with the reports issued to date. Also…they know there is high explosive residue on some of the steel supports saved from the incident. So we do have to explore all the possibilities.
    Picture this;
“We have selected you for a special assignment. You do love your country, right? Here is what we need…a, b, c, d, e. We will protect you and nobody will ever know who did this. In addition, we are going to pay you a couple of million so you can live comfortably for the rest of your life. You need to make a couple of trips for us to a foreign country before you do this”. (You remember, like Lee Harvey Oswald)
There have been too many incidents whose protagonists remain in a grey area, beginning with the Oklahoma City bombing. The results of that one are now more in question than ever before. It is not possible for the amount of explosives said to be involved to have created that much damage. That we know.
There are several different conclusions: Our billions in security measures and loss of liberties is having no effect on our safety, or, there is something more going on inside these ‘security agencies’ than meets the eye.
I did not draw any conclusions. That is up to you.

    • 911TruthersAreNuts

9/11 truthers are INSANE! Really, I mean really! You idiots think 9/11 was an inside job? Will you people EVER find ANYTHING that wasn’t Bush’s fault? If 9/11 was staged, what did we (the USA or Bush) gain? Was it for cheap oil? Well, prices are at all-time highs. Was it it to start a war with radical Islam that Obama claims is now over? Nope, it’s still going on (unlike what Obama says) and we (the USA) are still targets and being attacked. We may not know 100% of the truth, but it sure as hell wasn’t a conspiracy as we haven’t benefited from it. You are better off focusing on Benghazi where American’s died while the President and Hillary watched for hours aand did nothing), and the IRS’ targeting of ordinary citizens who didn’t vote for Obama, or gave money to Romney. Those are the real cover-ups.

      • Bard

It was an inside job (if you want to call Israel ‘inside’).

Even the US military accepts that.

Google Dr Alan Sabrosky – Director of studies of US army war college.

      • Thndr

Gaining the Patriot Act all in itself was a benefit and the events of 9/11 were used as an excuse to get it moving. Everything since that time including the TSA, abolishment of the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 and a long list of other things stealing American’s rights and liberties for the benefit of global order all hinge on the events of 9/11. Yeah it was an inside job and there are far too many facts and unanswered questions to consider it anything else.

      • Ryan

How can you be SO certain it WASN’T an inside job? There are MANY things that the GOVT. never explained. What about JFK, UFO (Unidentified Flying Objects) sightings, the nations debt, $600B bail out. Even when on the internet on a Mac they charge you more per room than looking at rooms on a windows PC. American companies are selling to foreign countries, WHERE does the American profit go? I’m not a supporter of any party, nor do I care. We have strength in numbers, but in politics they earn their salaries from other companies that want their hand in laws THEY want passed, or changes THEY want, not the US population. I’m not educated on the topic of politics so I’m not here trying to sound smart. It upsets me to think that there are people who think that the US is so star spangled awesome. We didn’t benifit from 9/11, not one bit. I’ve served in the Marines for 8 years and have been deployed twice. meaning I’ve been to WAR twice. Every American citizen has already spent OVER $2,500+ to support the war, is that a benefit? Losing more and more of our military then what we lost in 9/11. How are we going to go to a country and change their way of living for our own BENEFIT? I’ll step off my soap box and stop :/ Have a nice day :)

  • Bard

I see the propagandists are here trying to suppress the truth in their usual furiously insulting manner 😉

The fairy tale is falling apart regardless of your attempts to portray ‘the public believes the story they were told’.

Seriously, the only people you are brainwashing are yourselves – it used to be called the ‘credibility gap’ during Vietnam, now it’s being called ‘credibility crap’.

    Have at it.. clowns 😀

  • Jim

What is so difficult to believe ?? Every innocent person I have ever known throws bombs and shoots at the police !!!

  • Name

Every time we have a terror incident, a government training exercise is going on at the same time. This has happened with JFK …. 9/11…. Boston. There are a lot of unanswered questions about 9/11 and many are coming from the victim’s families and other very intelligent people who are not crazy or not jobs. The reality is that our government has lied to us so many times that we can no longer tell if what we are hearing is the truth or not.

For most of us, if we caught our girlfriends/boyfriends cheating, we would never believe a word they say to us again. Trust is everything in relationships. Yet, with our government, we catch them constantly lying and for some reason, we blindly believe that they are just going to start telling the truth the next time.

    That is true madness.

  • kevin, american citizen

I dont get benefits from my government. I struggle. I survive. And the united states supports an asshole coming into my country with no skills and he terrorizes and murders us………….
