Boiling Water Turns To Snow In Siberia

It’s been demonstrated a few times before, but it’s no less beautiful and strange when we see it again: boiling water thrown into the air at temperatures of -41 degrees Celsius. If you’ve never witnessed it, the water instantly turns from boiling hot liquid to lovely falling snow.

As one man from Siberia shows us, the phenomenon occurs almost in the time it takes you to blink, leaving a fine trail of powdery mist in its wake.

This is amazing. I don’t think I could ever live in an environment like this.

I first saw this video in a 2012 recap vid.
