Alicia Silverstone and Jeremy Sisto enjoyed a short-but-sweet Clueless reunion on stage at the AMAs on Sunday.

"It's been 20 years since Jeremy and I worked on the movie Clueless. And we are proud to be a part of Amy Heckerling's film," Silverstone said as the crowd cheered for the beloved cult classic costars.

"You know one of the many, many great things in the movie was this young, up and coming band named No Doubt and their song "Just a Girl,'" Jeremy Sisto said. "It featured the amazing voice of [Gwen Stefani]."

Clueless was loosely based on Jane Austen's classic Emma. The coming-of-age comedy took place in Beverly Hills, where Alicia Silverstone's character Cher was a spoiled teenager. Sisto's character, Elton Tiscia, was based on Austen's Philip Elton.

The AMAs crowd quickly recovered from their excitement over seeing Alicia Silverstone and Jeremy Sisto together on stage when they realized the pair was introducing Gwen Stefani.

The No Doubt front woman--now linked to Blake Shelton--sang a heart wrenching "Used to Love U," a song she wrote about ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.

Did you see the American Music Awards on Sunday evening?

Were you surprised at how much Alicia Silverstone and Jeremy Sisto still look like their Clueless characters?

Were they blessed with good genes or a little Hollywood help?
