  • Laurence Nicholson

I purchased a Kobo Vox Colour eReader about three weeks ago.
So far I have not succeeded in logging or downloading anything
at all. I have spoken to WHS Smith manager at Monks Cross, York
and he kindly showed me how to download e mail messages. Since then
I have not managed to download anything. I like the idea of the
Vox reader but find the whole system beyond me. Possibly at ther age
of 83 I should not have bought the reader. Any advice or help would
    be greatfully received.

    Many thanks
