Judgment Day is May 21 Says Harold Camping, Twitter Prepares

Full Disclosure: I totally believe the end times are nigh, my friends.

Christian radio broadcaster and president of Family Radio Harold Camping has given us the date – and that date is tomorrow, May 21st.

Using numerology based on dates and time-frames mentioned in the Bible, Camping has determined that the rapture will occur at 6:00 pm, May 21st. It will we a sweeping rapture, hitting each time zone as they reach 6 pm.

Here’s what Camping thinks will happen tomorrow, as quoted in an interview with New York Magazine:

When the clock says about 6 p.m., there’s going to be this tremendous earthquake that’s going to make the last earthquake in Japan seem like nothing in comparison. And the whole world will be alerted that Judgment Day has begun. And then it will follow the sun around for 24 hours. As each area of the world gets to that point of 6 p.m. on May 21, then it will happen there, and until it happens, the rest of the world will be standing far off and witnessing the horrible thing that is happening.

His followers believe that about 200,000,000 people will be raptured, only 3% of the population. For the rest of you, the world will end as you know it five months later on October 21st. Stock up on bullets and beef jerky, my friends.

Now, I am convinced that Mr. Camping is right this time. By this time, I of course am referring to when he previously predicted the date for judgement day in September of 1994. The only reason he was wrong then was because there needed to be more research done on the subject. He is “absolutely sure” this time. And so am I.

I mean, look – Mat 21st. 2+1 = 3. There are 3 parts of the holy trinity. BAM! There are also 3 letters in May. BAM! May 21st is the birthday of Notorious B.I.G. What does B.I.G. stand for? Believe in God. BAM! The month of May. Add an “o” you get Mayo. Mayonnaise has a lot of calories. CALories, like in CALifornia. Who was just the governor of California? Arnold Schwarzenegger – who starred in Terminator 2 – JUDGMENT DAY! Told ya.

It is important to note, that the majority of Christian organizations have denounced this prophecy. But they obviously haven’t heard my Mayo argument.

As I was looking around Twitter, I saw all of these heathens and future post-apocalypse dwellers mocking the end times. The hashtag #IfTheWorldEndsOnSaturday is even trending. Oh, you’ll be laughing when Camping and I are right.

Well if anything god is perfect in his own way and in my image he’s perfect and would not set the end of the hour glass on this date why because god (in my image) is perfect (in his own way as well) and me + god = 2 and the man who predicted it = 1 and 2 is bigger than one there for 2 beats but remember 2+1=3 and theres 3 letters in may and if you look closely look you could see that the quistion has the 21 one sign in it just take away the 3 and the = sign also the plus sign you would get 21 and I already mentioned that 2+1=3 and theirs three letters in may so that averages out to may21 but who em I to say anything I’m not god I’m wrong

Mr. Camping is a “false prophet.” His strange interpretation of various scriptures scattered throughout the Bible, which ignore other clear teachings in the Bible is nothing short of heresy. He was not always this way, and I think that he may even be a “born again believer” (see John chapter 3). The Bible absolutely does not “guarantee” that 21 May is the “rapture.” I just pray that his followers will not turn away from Jesus the world’s only savior and hope after 21 May comes and goes. I just pray non-believers will not allow this heretic to distract them from the TRUTH that IS in the Bible…there will be a rapture and a second coming of Jesus the Christ. Don’t doubt, be ready, “believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved. Acts 16:31″

Yes, this IS the last generation. Jesus says in Matthew 24 “learn the parable of the fig tree”. The “fig tree” is the name God gave Jacob, and Jacob carried on the family tree of the Jewish people. It reads as such….

Matthew 24: 32-34 “Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.”

In other words when you see Israel become a nation again that generation will see the return of Jesus Christ. That generation is 63 years old.

Harold Camping is a FALSE PROPHET. No one will know the day or hour of the rapture, he will come like a thief in the night to take his people home before the seven year tribulation. You will know the generation, but not the day or hour.
Then Jesus returns at the end of that Seven Year Tribulation to what people call “The battle of Armageddon” Then reigns for 1000 years. THEN he destroys this earth and the heavens.

Read the last three chapters of the Book of Revelations. Especially where God Himself warns EVERYONE to NOT add to or take away what He wrote. If you do, He will take your name from the book of life. Look what happened to the two homosexuals that translated the “N.I.V.” Bible. They took verses out of the bible and changed other verses. They can no longer speak.

Read the Bible, my friends. Jesus was quite clear when He said, “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone.” (Bible ref: Matthew 24:36). The Apostle Paul also said (in a letter to the people at Thessalonica), “For you yourselves know full well that the day of the Lord will come just like a thief in the night.” (1 Thessalonians 5:2) These quotes are not being “taken out of context.” I refer to them to show YOU where to read THE TRUTH. If you know that Jesus died for your sins and have acknowledged His gift of salvation, you have nothing to fear regardless of the date and time. If you have NOT acknowledged Him, then your judgment day will come regardless of the date and time. This is why the DATE and TIME are unimportant! The calendar for them ended on DECEMBER 23 2011, so everyone who is so convinced that the world will end 12’21’2012, grow the hell up and take a look at some history books.

This is such a lie. As others have said here, “No man knows the day or the hour, except for God himself”. I don’t know how anyone can call themselves a follower of Christ and buy into this crap. For all of you who do believe this, it’s time to go back and re-read your Bibles. Harold Camping also had another day back in the 90′s, that he claimed was the end and as you are all well aware, we are still here… pretty pathetic. Also, I wonder how many people gave money to this Clown, because he is a joke and after tomorrow comes and goes, he’ll just be another liar and false prophet.

As a Christian…a Bible reading & believing Christian, I myself have found myself reacting as many are toward him and his teachings. I began to get angry and wanted to lash out at him…wanted to grab my Bible and start putting out scripture after scripture that proves his teaching and theories completely false. HOWEVER, as Christians, the only response that we should be giving this man is our immediate intercessory prayer…it is more than obvious that Harold Camping has completely lost his way…..He has been overtaken by the practice of religion and has allowed his faith to slip away…my heart truly aches for him and those who follow him. The aftermath spiritually, financially and socially is going to be devastating for all of them involved. May God open his eyes…and break up the hardening around his heart.
