  1. That is a great feature with some good images. A challenge we have sometimes with clients is getting acceptance of the value of social media. To keep things simple we refer to the concept of Web reach (Halligan & Shah, Inbound Marketing) A key deliverable using this approach is that it is easy to measure Social Media Web Reach KPIs. I instinctively agree with the conclusions of this feature but what are your thoughts regarding simplification of the methodology when delivering a presentation to clients?
