Hasbro Brings Cartoons to Netflix

Hasbro Studios has just partnered with Netflix for a multi-year deal, bringing ten cartoon franchises to the content streaming platform’s Just For Kids section.

Below is a clip of Hasbro’s “Transformers Prime,” now on Netflix:

As of now, Netflix offers Hasbro shows Transformers Prime, My Little Pony, Pound Puppies, G.I. Joe: Renegades and The Adventures of Chuck & Friends, in its 12-and-under section. Later in the year, JEM & The Holograms, Transformers: Generation 1, G.I. Joe: Real American Heroes, Transformers: Beast Wars and Transformers: Rescue Bots will be available.

And finally, Hasbro will resurrect JEM & The Holograms on Netflix in the coming months. The migraine-inducing theme song can be heard in the video below:

Just recently, Netflix lost some of their Just For Kids content in Canada for a short time, due to a licensing issue.
