    People keep saying, maybe the FTC will see iAd as a competitor to Admob and let the buy go thru? this makes no sense, as Quattro was ALREADY a competitor to Admob. Apple is just implementing ads differently…this has NO bearing on whether the FTC should approve the Admob purchase…and they should NOT approve it…too much in Google’s hands and they will stifle compeitition of search based ads….

    Put very simply, what companies can sell their products through an app. And if so, advanced analytics is needed to determine whether they are succesful or not.
    Unles they integrate with a vendor like Webtrends or Omniture (which is now Adobe, so what are the chances) they will likely miss a huge chunk of the market.
