Anonymous Takes Down Universal Music Site

UPDATE: Anonymous has just taken down the RIAA and MPAA websites as well. Apparently, #OpPayback is a pretty huge operation for the group:

ORIGINAL ARTICLE: Add another major site to the list, as Anonymous has just taken down Universal Music’s site. The group also took credit for taking down the Department of Justice’s site earlier this afternoon

This is in response to the DOJ / ICE takedown of filesharing site MegaUpload earlier today.

    yesterday i was on the fence with Anonymous’s demands. In light of the Megaupload take down.

    I have to side with Anonymous on this as i believe every krack team and hack team and file sharer in the world will.

    RIP Megaupload – we’re going to miss you.
