Vanessa Paradis is not sitting at home and crying into whatever the French equivalent of a tub of ice cream would be.

Johnny Depp’s ex-girlfriend of 14 years has moved on with her life since the couple’s 2012 breakup and had a new beau to snuggle with as Depp married Amber Heard on Tuesday.

Vanessa Paradis may not even shed a tear on Saturday when Depp and Heard hold a ceremony for friends and family at his private Bahamian Island.

In fact, Vanessa Paradis was spotted looking quite relaxed in Los Angeles while walking hand-in-hand with, and kissing, her boyfriend, singer Benjamin Biolay.

As far as marriage goes, Vanessa Paradis isn’t a fan. Even though Paradis and Depp had two children together, Jack, 12, and Lily Rose, 15, they never considered marriage.

The french singer and actress once said, when asked about marrying Depp during their 14-year relationship,

“I love the romance of ‘let’s get married,’ but then, when you have it so perfect … I mean, I’m more married than anybody can be – we have two kids. Maybe one day, but it’s something I can really do without.”

That’s probably a good thing for Vanessa Paradis, because many other women in her situation might be a little perturbed if they had been in a relationship for 14 years with no marriage, then he is engaged to someone else after three years.

Vanessa Paradis doesn’t seem to be bothered at all. Her children are with Depp at the wedding and she is free to enjoy her weekend with Biolay.
