Tracy Partridge, the youngest member of The Partridge Family, was played by actress Suzanne Crough. On Monday, Crough died at her home in Nevada. She was 52.

According to a report from Us Weekly, Crough played the role of Tracy Partridge from 1970 to 1974, when she was between seven and 11 years old.

In later years, Suzanne Crough appeared on shows including Wonder Woman and Mulligan's Stew.

When several members of The Partridge Family reunited on The Today Show back in March of 2010, Suzanne Crough explained that she didn't do much acting following her role as Tracy Partridge.

"I’m an office manager for Office Max," she told Today co-host Matt Lauer at the time. "I have two daughters, I’m married, I have a normal job."

Tracy Partridge didn't actually perform as the recording artists who went by the name of The Partridge Family. Only David Cassidy and Shirley Jones sang on the show and recorded songs. The remainder of the cast merely lip-synched or pretended to play instruments. Tracy Partridge was always seen with a tambourine in her hand.

No cause of death has yet been announced in the passing of Suzanne Crough. And no one from the cast of The Partridge Family has yet to issue a statement regarding her death.

How sad that the actress who played Tracy Partridge has died so young. She will no doubt be remembered fondly by her Partridge Family costars.
