  • Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe will be pleading guilty to several of the charges leveled against them this week, according to a source, but the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star isn’t letting her worries bleed in to her social media accounts; Giudice has been tweeting quite a bit about appearing on “Dancing With The Stars” after her fans prompted the idea, but although the casting decisions have yet to be announced for season 18 of the show, the odds of Giudice hitting the dance floor anytime soon are slim to none.

The couple will reportedly plead guilty on Tuesday to some of the charges–which include wire, bankruptcy, and mail fraud–but not all.

“Teresa and Joe Giudice have arranged a plea agreement with prosecutors in their federal case,” a source said. “The couple will plead guilty to several but not all 41 of the charges, and both will appear in court on Tuesday with their lawyers.”

The Giudices also failed to file income taxes for four years in a row, and while it’s not clear what their sentences might entail, it’s rumored that Teresa may get away with no jail time in exchange for probation. Joe, however, is an Italian citizen and faces deportation as well as jail time.

As for “Dancing With The Stars”, the show already has a “Real Housewives” cast member rumored for the upcoming season: Nene Leakes. She and Bruce Jenner are among the latest stars said to be in talks for the show, but an official announcement won’t be made until March 4.
