  • It may seem like Taylor Swift lives a carefree life, but believe it or not, she has problems and enemies like everyone else. Her home was recently vandalized by some beachgoers who threw glass bottles at the walls and windows.

A security guard on the property caught three people in the act. He watched them from a distance and when they realized he had spotted them, they flipped him off and walked away. They didn’t seem concerned about being caught or getting into trouble and stayed on the beach after the vandalism.

The security guard called the police and they were able to catch the suspects who were identified as Michael Horrigan, 29, Tristan J. Kading, 28, and Emily E. Kading, 26. All three were charged with disorderly conduct.

Swift wasn’t home at the time and was busy enjoying her first whiskey sour in the Hamptons with her family and Food Network star, Ina Garten. The Swift family enjoyed a visit with Garten and even helped her cook a meal. Together they created a menu of mustard-roasted fish and had whipped cream on their Pavlova meringue dessert.

It may have seemed as if Swift was just hanging out with a good friend, but she was actually visiting Garten for Food Network Magazine’s new music issue which will be on newsstands June 24. The magazine will feature Swift and Garten and talk about their time cooking together.

Swift has said how much she enjoys cooking and trying new things and was excited to get the chance to meet and cook with Garten.

Cooking with a celebrity chef beats staying home and having your home vandalized, and Swift has not yet released a statement about the vandalism.

Do you think Taylor Swift is a good cook and what do you think of the dishes she and Ina Garten prepared together?
