Sofía Vergara is embracing the risqué side of her acting abilities.

The new romantic, drama Fading Gigolo captures the stunning Colombian actress like fans have never seen her before. This time around, Vergara is heating things up in a scorching, on-screen threesome with Sharon Stone and John Tuturro.

During a recent interview with OMG! Insider, the Modern Family star offered some insight about filming the scene.

Although the 41-year-old actress is quite comfortable in her own skin, she did admit to having first-time jitters about it all.

“At the beginning, I was a little nervous because…I’ve never done anything like this, not in real life or on camera,” Vergara explained. “So it was a little nerve-wracking.”

The Primetime Emmy award-nominated actress went on to share how Stone was extremely helpful, given her years of experience with uninhibited, sensually-charged roles.

“It was a little more nerve wrecking to know that your first threesome on camera is gonna’ be with Sharon Stone, a woman that is known for her sex scenes and her beauty. But when I arrived on set, I forgot about all of that,” Vergara said. “She was supercool, and she helped me do the scene, and she said ‘Follow my lead, I’ve done this before,’ and it was amazing.”

However, Vergara also quipped saying Stone’s moral support and unprecedented still didn’t ease the queasiness she initially felt. “When I arrived on the set, Sharon was very supportive,” Vergara said. “She was very nice. She told me, ‘Just follow me, I’ve done this many times, it’s going to be fine, just relax.'”

Fading Gigolo stars Tuturro, who portrays a male escort that ultimately ends up partnering with a pimp (Woody Allen) to earn some extra cash. Vergara and Stone co-star alongside Tuturro as two of his most “satisfied clients,” but things sizzle when the three agree to engage in a ménage a trois. As things spiral out of control, Tuturro and Allen quickly find themselves caught in the throes of love and money.

Fading Gigolo will be released to select theaters in the United States on Apr. 18.
