  • For the first time in weeks, high-profile couple Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian were able to spend some quality time together.

The long-time lovers were seen bonding over drinks of the non-alcoholic kind at their local Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

The two kept things pretty casual. The eldest Kardashian was wearing a gym outfit of colorful leggings and a crisp, white Nike jacket while the self-proclaimed Lord Disick was in plaid shirt, jeans and thick facial hair.

The quiet date was a welcome respite for the embattled couple before Disick checks himself back in rehab.

Kourtney’s better half has been battling some demons following the death of his parents and recently said that “I realize my issues are bigger than me and I’m ready to truly remedy this struggle I continue to battle.”

The 35-year-old Kardashian sister is standing firmly behind her man, confirming that “he is learning so much about himself and growing, and so that’s really amazing to see.”

“When he’s working on himself it only betters our relationship,” she added.

That’s definitely good news for Kourtney and Disick’s young family.

Speaking of family, that was actually the reason Kourtney wasn’t able to join her sisters Kim and Khloe on their trip to Armenia and Jerusalem. The sisters, along with Kim’s husband Kanye West and their daughter North, appear to be having a good time.

“I wish I was in Armenia with my sisters on #siblingsday! I didn’t end up going to Armenia because it was making me too anxious with three young children,” Kourtney confirmed on her Instagram page.

It’s no secret to fans that the hands-on mom was anxious about leaving her children – 5-year-old Mason, 2-year-old Penelope and the 3-month-old Reign – behind.

But that’s OK, as Kourtney knows they can always go back to their ancestral country, maybe when her children are older.

“I do wish that I could have experienced the trip with my sisters but I do know that we will all go to Armenia together someday. (sic)”
