I don’t think anyone has any doubts that the Don Jon actress will be an awesome mother. However, Scarlett’s director and co-star, in her new film Chef, Jon Favreau wants to assure us that she will be a wonderful mother to her baby. “She’ll be wonderful,” Favreau told E! News at the South By Southwest festival in Austin.

“She’s one of my favorite people because she’s smart, she’s talented and she’s really down to earth and a hard worker,” Favreau said.

“I like a hard worker. She really did a lot of work to train to play Black Widow [in Avengers]. She’s always pleasant to be around and she’s got really good instincts about scenes, she helped me on Chef, she helped me a lot with the script and her character. She’s good people.”

Scarlett revealed to the Daily Mail in December 2013 that she would love to have her own family one day, but was not in any rush to do so. “I would like to have my own family, that would be nice,” she said. “They say it’s never the right time and I am sure that’s true, but I think you have to plan it like anything else.”

“At some point it is something I look forward to,” she explained. “I am fortunate in that I have had a long career—20 years—that has been very diverse. So, you know, picking a time to plan a family feels like something that I could do and not feel as though I was missing out.”

It looks like Scarlett will be having a family sooner than she planned. Congratulations!
